1. About these terms
These terms govern the RepeatOn service at getrepeaton.com (the "Service"). They form an agreement between SYNAPAI DIGITAL LTD (a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16844669, registered office 1b Rollesby Road, Chessington, England, KT9 2BY, United Kingdom) ("RepeatOn", "we", "us") and the business that creates a RepeatOn account (the "Business", "you"). RepeatOn is a trading brand of SYNAPAI DIGITAL LTD, which may also operate other products under the same company.
RepeatOn is a business service. By creating an account you confirm that you are acting for a business and that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
RepeatOn lets a Business run a digital loyalty programme: customers join by scanning a QR code, keep a loyalty card in their web browser, and collect stamps when staff record a visit with the RepeatOn scanner. The Service also includes reward tracking, customer and visit records, a business dashboard, RepeatOn Perks and, on the Growth plan, behavioural retention emails, advanced analytics, customer segmentation, targeted marketing campaigns and multi-location comparisons.
We may improve and change the Service over time. We will not remove a core feature you are paying for without giving you reasonable notice.
3. Your account and your team
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- The account owner can invite team members and assign roles. You are responsible for your team's use of the Service and for removing access when someone leaves.
- Staff actions, such as recording visits, redeeming rewards and applying Perks, are recorded against the member of staff who performed them.
4. Free trial
- A new Business receives a 14-day free trial. No payment card is needed to start it.
- At the end of the trial, the account becomes read-only until you choose a paid plan. We do not charge you automatically when a trial ends, because no payment details are collected for the trial.
- While read-only, you cannot record new visits, redeem rewards or apply Perks, and reminder emails stop.
5. Plans, billing and renewal
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in pounds sterling through our payment provider, Stripe. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and we will tell you. If payment is not recovered, the account may return to read-only.
- We will tell you by email before a price change takes effect. A change applies from your next billing period after that notice.
- Plan features are as described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. Starter includes 1 location, up to 100 active customers, owner + 2 team members, the digital loyalty programme, QR registration and the staff scanner, automated reward tracking, RepeatOn Perks, loyalty branding, customer and visit history and basic reporting, without automated retention emails, advanced analytics, segmentation, targeted campaigns or multi-location comparisons. Growth includes everything in Starter, plus up to 5 locations, unlimited customers, owner + 10 team members, automated retention emails, advanced customer and retention analytics, customer segmentation, targeted marketing campaigns and, for accounts with more than one location, multi-location comparisons. Every limit and Growth-only capability above is enforced by the Service itself.
6. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in your account, which opens Stripe's secure subscription management page. That page shows when your cancellation takes effect.
- After cancellation takes effect, the account becomes read-only. See section 13 for what happens to your data.
7. Your responsibilities for your loyalty programme
- Rewards are yours. You decide your programme's rewards and conditions, and you are solely responsible for honouring them. RepeatOn does not supply, fund or guarantee any reward.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your programme's description and terms, and for any promotion rules or consumer protection requirements that apply to it.
- You must only record visits that genuinely took place.
- Customer communication. If you turn on behavioural retention emails, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to send them. RepeatOn only sends reminders to customers who agreed to receive them when joining, includes an unsubscribe link in every email, and stops emailing customers who unsubscribe.
- Targeted marketing campaigns (Growth plan). You choose the audience from a fixed set of customer groups and write the message yourself; you are responsible for its content and for having a lawful basis to send it. RepeatOn only sends it to customers who have agreed to receive marketing from you, checked again at the moment of sending, includes the same unsubscribe link as a reminder email, and enforces a limit on how many campaigns you may send in a day. RepeatOn does not create the message, choose the audience for you beyond the groups it defines, or send on your behalf without your explicit confirmation.
8. RepeatOn Perks
- Perks is optional. If you publish a Perk, you choose the benefit, its conditions, availability and redemption rules, and you are solely responsible for honouring it when a RepeatOn member redeems it in line with those conditions.
- Perks is not a marketplace. RepeatOn does not take a commission on sales, does not handle payments for Perks, and no money moves through RepeatOn when a Perk is redeemed.
- Information you publish for a Perk, including an optional public address and postcode, is shown publicly in the Perks directory.
- Participating businesses do not receive each other's customer lists.
- Perks is a growing network. We do not promise any number of members, discoveries, visits or new customers. Availability depends on participating businesses in each area.
- We may remove a Perk that breaks these terms or misleads members.
- Perks is included in both the Starter and Growth plans.
9. Google Wallet
Customers can add their loyalty card to Google Wallet where Google Wallet is available on their device. Google Wallet may not be available on every device or in every region, so it may not be available to all customers. Apple Wallet is not available. The browser loyalty card is the supported way for customers to use their card. Google Wallet is provided by Google and is subject to Google's terms; we cannot guarantee its availability.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- send communications to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- upload unlawful, misleading or offensive content, including logos or images you do not have the right to use;
- try to access another business's data, test or bypass security, or interfere with the Service;
- create fictitious visits, rewards or redemptions;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.
11. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to give notice of planned interruptions.
12. Data protection
- Your customers' information. For information about your customers that is processed through the Service, you are the controller and RepeatOn is your processor. RepeatOn will process that information only on your documented instructions, which are these terms and your use of the Service.
- You are responsible for giving your customers the information required by data protection law about your loyalty programme, and for responding to their requests. RepeatOn will assist you.
- For account, billing and Perks identity information, RepeatOn is the controller, as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Your data
- You own the content you provide and your customer information.
- When a trial ends or a subscription is cancelled, your account becomes read-only and your information is not deleted at that point.
- We keep your account and your customers' information while it is needed to provide the Service. We do not promise to keep it indefinitely.
- To close your account, email hello@getrepeaton.com from the account owner's address. When an account is formally closed, personal information that is no longer needed enters a documented deletion or anonymisation process, except information we must keep by law, such as financial and accounting records.
- There is no self-service data export or account-closure feature. Requests are handled by our team through hello@getrepeaton.com.
- Our retention principles are set out in the Privacy Policy.
14. Intellectual property
RepeatOn and its licensors own the Service, its software and the RepeatOn name and brand. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your account is active. You grant us permission to use your business name, logo and programme content to provide the Service, including displaying them to your customers and, if you publish a Perk, in the Perks directory.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use any images, logos or other branding content you provide to RepeatOn, including a loyalty card background image.
15. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, fails to pay, or puts the Service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell account owners by email about material changes before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
17. Contact and notices
- Questions about these terms, and privacy or data-protection requests: hello@getrepeaton.com.
- We will send notices to the email address of your account owner.
- Legal notices to RepeatOn: SYNAPAI DIGITAL LTD, 1b Rollesby Road, Chessington, England, KT9 2BY, United Kingdom.
